On the first day of the course, we meet at 12:00 at the wingfoil center located on the grounds of Camping Monja in Brenzone. We start by getting to know each other and taking care of all necessary organisational details, such as registration and payment, to ensure the course runs smoothly.
Next, we prepare the equipment together for your practical session and you get to know our wingfoil gear. We then go through the theoretical fundamentals you will need later on the water. For your private wing course, we also organise a separate theory session for you. We tailor everything to your personal level and prepare you for your next wingfoil session.
On the first day of the course, we head out on the water between 13:00 and 15:00 after a short break. In the private or duo private wingfoil course, you train one-on-one or as a pair with your instructor, each with your own wing setup. The session is flexibly adapted to the wind conditions and can last up to four hours. You set the pace and breaks yourself, depending on your fitness level and personal learning rhythm.
After the session, we take care of the equipment and go through the schedule for the next day together. Since the daily programme depends on wind and weather conditions, the wingfoil course may start as early as 7:30 a.m. the following day. In the morning, we head out on the water, while theory sessions take place in a relaxed way afterwards. After a day on the water, we often end the evening with a shared meal or a cosy BBQ at our wingfoil school on Lake Garda.
