Children from the age of 10 can learn kitesurfing with us on Lake Garda in a private course. Body weight is an important factor, and at least one parent or legal guardian must accompany the child during the private course. From the age of 14, teenagers can also join a group kite course independently with parental consent. For maximum safety, our youngest participants are equipped with a GPS tracker including an emergency button. The kids learn the most important kitesurfing basics in a playful way. Together we practise kite control and start with simple exercises as well as body drags in the water.

The internationally recognised VDWS kitesurfing licence certifies that you have completed comprehensive safety training during your kite course. It is required at many kite spots and for equipment rental. You can obtain it as part of any of our kite courses on Lake Garda.

Children under the age of 14 can learn kitesurfing with us when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. We recommend a shared private course for you and your child, as this allows the instruction to be individually adapted to age and development, while ensuring high learning progress and maximum safety.
On the first day of the course, we meet at 12:00 at the kite center located on the grounds of Camping Monja in Brenzone. We start by getting to know each other and taking care of all necessary organisational details, such as registration and payment, to ensure the course runs smoothly.
Next, we will prepare the equipment for our practical session together, and you will get to know our kite gear and safety system. We will then cover the theoretical principles you will need later on the water. For advanced kiters and participants in private kite courses, we offer separate theory sessions. We tailor everything individually to your personal level and prepare you for your next kite session.
On the first day of the course, we head out on the water between 13:00 and 15:00 after a short break and kite together for up to four hours, depending on the wind conditions. In our kids group course, we train using a buddy system with two students per setup, allowing time to rest in between while also making progress by observing other participants and following the tips and feedback from your instructor.
After the session, we prepare the equipment and go through the course schedule for the following day together. Since the daily programme depends on wind and weather conditions, the kite course may start as early as 7:30 a.m. the next day. In the morning, we head out on the water, while theory sessions take place in a relaxed way afterwards. After a day on the water, we often end the evening with a shared meal or a cosy BBQ at our kite school on Lake Garda.
